Swiveling Manipulators

A swiveling manipulator is a unit that has a constrained motion in and out of the press. The manipulator is mechanically moved in and out of the die area by the ram of the press.

The swivelling manipulator is designed for fully automatic forging equipment and high-speed applications.

Following installation currently running production:

• Wheel gears at 55 pieces per minute
• Tulips and tripods at 36 pieces per minute
• Pinions at 15 pieces per minute (limited by press speed)
