Hose Rack

The hose rack is used to connect the air and lube medium to the manipulator.

The square hose rack is constructed as an air manifold. The customer-supplied air for the lube spraying is brought into the bottom of the hose rack which takes the air to the top to air manifolds that control the pressure before going to the manipulator.

The lubricant pre-flow and return as well as the control air are piped up the hose rack in rigid piping and then run to the manipulator using hoses.

The hose rack design allows for easy setup and maintenance as well as allows for the manipulator to be moved away from the press without disconnecting the hoses.
